As the founder of Sweet Pea Doula Services, Bailey is passionate about providing advocacy, education, and support for moms and their birth partners. As a fertility warrior and birth trauma survivor, she is driven to provide safe and empowered family planning, pregnancy, birth experience, and postpartum healing. Every mom, labor, and delivery are unique, and it is her purpose as a doula to provide support from beginning to end with the ultimate goal of positive birth outcome, healthy baby, and healthy mom! She ensures that every doula on her team provides the same safe, educational, and encouraging experience so that no matter where or how you chose to have a baby, you have an amazing experience!

Rayni is a jack of all trades with a big heart and big dreams! She currently works as a patient care technician, and is continuing her education as an RN, BSN, and plans to become a Midwife. Rayni has a baby named Rowan, and a boyfriend who supports her big dreams! She is enthusiastic about serving women in rural Iowa through prenatal, birth, and postpartum. Motherhood is so wonderful; Rayni believes everyone deserves their chance to enjoy it!

I love hitting the road to travel, cooking with her friends and family, and going on hikes. With a fun personality and zest for life, we like to say she’s a total vibe wherever she goes!

She experienced firsthand the power of a wonderful birth doula through a traumatic birth experience. Britney is passionate about helping parents transition into a “new normal” during postpartum and strives to ensure every family has a beautiful experience! Britney is also working towards her IBCLC to offer lactation services as well!

Living in rural Iowa, Michelle knows how hard it is to find resources for prenatal, birth, and postpartum. Brianna graduated from the University of Wisconsin with her bachelor’s of science in nursing in 2019, after working as a nurse for the past 5 years she is working towards becoming a Certified Nurse Midwife through the University of Iowa. She cares deeply about helping women feel individually valued and empowered, believing that their voices matter in every situation, even the unexpected ones. She uses her degree in human services and psychology along with her training as a labor and postpartum doula to support growing families within the rural communities of West Central Iowa. Christine believes that support during these raw, vulnerable moments of pregnancy, birth, and postpartum can build healthier families for generations to come. Christine is also a dedicated Childbirth Educator, covering all stages of motherhood. Katie’s personal experience ranges from medicated, unmedicated, induction, and spontaneous labor! Katie is passionate about advocating for women in an effort for women to achieve the birthing experience they feel is right for them. Mindy currently works full-time as a Registered Nurse at Jennie Edmundson Hospital on the Women and Newborn unit where she helps with labor, delivery, post-partum, and newborn care. In Mindy’s spare time, she enjoys spur of the moment road trips, home improvement projects, coffee, crafting, and laughter.

She has been a photographer for 6 years and recently became doula certified last August (2023). Her love for photography started at a very young age and grew when her and her husband were stationed overseas & she fell in love with all things birth after her second son made a swift entrance into the world, at home, in 2022!
